K00055 & K00056 STACKING KIT
Installation Instructions
1. The K00055 Stacking Kit is used for stacking a G-0200
or an H-0200 ice machine on an E-0200, E-0400, G-0400,
or G-0600 ice machine.
The K00056 Stacking Kit is used for stacking two H-
0200 ice machines. The bin must be leveled before
proceeding to step 2.
2. INSTALLATION OF ICE MACHINES:
A. See service manual for uncrating and inspection of
both ice machines.
B. Remove top cover from lower ice machine.
C. Set ice machine carefully and squarely on bin.
D. Position shim angles provided in kit on right and left-
hand sides, as shown in Illustration 2.
E. Set top ice machine carefully and squarely on bottom
ice machine.
F. Remove front and side panels from both ice
machines.
G. Bolt two ice machines together with 1/4-20 x 1” long
bolt, lock washer, and nut provided in kit, one each
side.
3. INSTALLATION OF WATER SHIELD:
A. Remove Angle “A” (Illustration 2) and set aside.
Remove existing sheet metal screw in lower right
corner of bulkhead (Illustration 1).
B. Locate the water shield above the electrical box of
the lower ice machine, as shown in Illustration 1.
Secure with screw removed in step 3A.
C. Seal the joints between the water shield and
bulkhead, as shown in Illustration 1 with RTV
sealant.
4. INSTALLATION OF ICE CHUTE:
A. Remove ice chute from kit and set bottom mounting
brackets over Angle “B” (Illustration 2).
B. Put Angle “A” in slots of top mounting brackets and
secure in place.
C. Check for free movement of both water curtains.
D. Proceed to ice machine service manual for electrical
and water hook-up and start-up procedure.
E. Reattach front and side panels.
F. Add four sheet metal screws to side panels, two on
each side of lower ice machine where the lower and
upper ice machines butt.
